Because of new COVID-19 restrictions we are not taking any event reservations right now.

General Information

  1. The facility is available all year for non-profit and community events.  All non-profits will be given priority.
  2. There is not a rental fee for non-profit and community events.  If you are a for-profit entity please call 303-984-9800 to discuss the rental fee which will be donated to local organizations.
  3. There is a cleaning fee of $185 and may be a fee for additional insurance depending on the event (see the facility agreement for further details).
  4. Events may use any catering company they choose or bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages as long as it complies with COVID-19 requirements.  You should consult the CDC website and the Colorado Department of Health for these requirements. 
  5. Events may occur Monday through Thursday 8am – 10pm or Friday – Sunday 8am to 11pm.
  6. The kitchen is not operational.  Under no circumstances may any kitchen equipment or utensils be used.

Insurance Requirements

  1. General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate
  2. Primary and Non-Contributory respected language to be included on certificate in favor of Additional Insured ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC. Policy Form # and copy of Primary Non-Contributory form should be included with the Certificate of Insurance.
  3. 30 Day Written Notice of Cancellation provided to the additional insured and ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC
  4. ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC and Westside Property Investment Company listed as Certificate Holders
  5. ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC and Westside Property Investment Company listed as Additional Insured
  6. ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC and Westside Property Investment Company with a Waiver of Subrogation

COVID-19 compliance with CDC, State and Local Guidelines

  1. Indoor events
    • Limited to no more than 65 people at any given time.
    • All participants must wear masks, adhere to social distancing and sign a COVID-19 waiver and sign-in sheet.  Please reference this link for further details on COVID-19 requirements for indoor events
  2. Outdoor events
    • Limited to no more than 175 people at any given time.
    • No guests or activities are allowed on the golf course grass.  The parking lot and asphalt space behind the clubhouse are available but not the golf course.
